Steve came out within an hour of calling him, as an emergency, I had managed to lock myself out of my house, the keys being on the inside! This would be not a straight forward job taking two hrs,which he did everything to try to save the lock but eventually had to give in and drill the lock out. I called on Steve of Swift Security Systems this week as my back door wouldn't lock. He came highly recommended from a neighbour. On phoning him, his first question was if I needed to go out, luckily I didnt. He came within a couple of hours. Very promptly knew what the fault was, hadnt got the spare part I needed, so it had to be ordered. But he was able to fit a temporary lock so I could lock my door. Such a lovely person, so knowledgeable and professional.
